Meghan R. Lowery, Ph.D.

Dr. Lowery has a Masters in I/O Psychology from Missouri State University and a Ph.D in Applied Psychology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She is currently a Consultant, Global Assessment/Workforce Research at Eli Lilly. Dr. Lowery and Dr. Nadler have collaborated on 5 published articles, 2 book chapters, numerous conference presentations and technical reports. Additionally, they are co-writing two books together at this time.
Margaret S. Stockdale, Ph.D.

Dr. Stockdale has a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Kansas State University. She is a professor of psychology and Chair of the Psychology department at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Dr. Stockdale and Dr. Nadler have collaborated on 5 published articles, 3 book chapters, multiple conference presentations, and are currently working on additional manuscripts.
M.H. Clark, Ph.D.

Dr. Clark has a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Memphis. She is an instructor and coordinator in the Department of Education and Human Sciences at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Clark and Dr. Nadler have collaborated on 2 published articles and 3 conference publications.
Elora Voyles, Ph.D.

Elora Voyles is an Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Dr. Voyles has consulted organizations on training, survey design, job analysis, performance management, recruiting and selection, leadership, and succession planning. When consulting, she exercises a flexible and whole-systems approach to best serve client organizations. Her consulting work is supported by her strong background in research which includes psychometrics, data collection, data analysis, and delivery of professional technical reports.
