Natalie Blaies is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, and a minor in business, in 2021. Natalie is interested in gender and age stereotypes, selection biases, and stress. Outside of school she loves to read, watch movies, listen to music, eat good food, play with animals, and spend time with friends and family.

Megan O'Loughlin received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Business Administration from University of Nevada, Reno in May 2015. Her work in behavior analysis and social psychology labs has led her to focus on behavior and decision making in work settings. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at SIUE. Megan's research interests include leadership, work-life issues, and gender stereotypes in the workplace. Outside of her academic pursuits, she enjoys event planning, spending time outdoors, and traveling to far flung destinations.

Emily Rardin has graduated with a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She has a wide range of interests, including corporate psychopathy, organizational development, recruitment, and gender differences and bias in the workplace. In her spare time, she enjoys walking puppies and petting kittens at the Metro East Humane Society, kayaking, and knitting ugly scarves for unwilling recipients.

Anna Glushko received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2015. Anna is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at SIUE. Her research interests include selection, person-environment fit, and employee attitudes. In her spare time she likes to have fun with her family and friends. Anna also volunteers at the ER department of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville. Anna’s goal is to pursue her PhD and upon graduation go into academic/research fields.

Ray “Tray” Wetherell is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Tray also currently works for Psychological Associates in St. Louis. His past research has focused on the affects dishonest behavior on self-concept as well as the challenges of white-collar crime in corporate finance. A non-traditional student, he chose psychology as a calling to help not only individuals but organizations as well after experiencing personal and organizational strife first hand. Dedicated to helping, he works as volunteer for a charitable organization and uses his practical knowledge in assisting others though outreach. He plans and hopes on continuing his education into the Masters program at SIUE in 2014 by specializing in I/O Psychology. Personally, Tray is an accomplished cook, and enjoys learning from those he meets.

Megan Beurskens finished her Master's in Clinical Adult Psychology. She is currently working on her thesis focusing on the influence that gender role socialization has on the relationship between sexual coercion and psychological distress. She hopes to obtain her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and work with victims of sexual trauma. She also enjoys her current job working in the research department at a facility for adolescents with substance use disorders. Outside of school and work, she enjoys reading, music, and spending time with her friends and family.

Whitney Dominguez graduated in the Fall of 2014. She majored in Psychology with duel minors in Spanish and Sociology. After graduation she intends to attend a Clinical Child graduate program. She is particularly interested in developmental cognitive neuroscience. In her spare time she likes to hike, garden, cook, and volunteer at her local community farm.

Jodie Pyatt graduated from the SIUE Industrial/Organizational Psychology Masters program in 2014, and works for Payless Shoes as an Organizational Development Analyst. Her research interests include explicit and implicit workplace attitudes, salary appointment and hiring decisions, and sexual orientation, gender, and weight discrimination. Outside of school, Jodie enjoys finding new music, getting lost in Netflix, and daydreaming about backpacking through Europe. Currently, Jodie is working at Payless Shoesource in Topeka, Kansas as an Organizational Development Analyst. She is putting her I/O and statistics experience to use through projects that involve succession planning, 360 degree feedback, competency modeling, engagement survey analysis, and identifying learning gaps.

Tiffany Maglasang is an SIUE graduate with double majors in Psychology and Spanish at SIUE. She is currently obtaining her Ph.D in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Oklahoma University. Tiffany has a diverse range of interests in areas such as: employee selection, training, and performance appraisal, preventing job burn-out and turnover, and increasing employees' motivation and job satisfaction. After receiving her Ph.D, Tiffany hopes to work at an I/O firm consulting businesses and in later life, possibly becoming a college professor. Outside of school, Tiffany enjoys spending her free time playing various games with her friends such as Laser Tag, Connect Four, Spoons, and UNO.

Kathi Schroeder is a graduated from the Clinical Adult psychology program. Her clinical areas of interest include stigma, severe mental illness, and criminally mentally ill individuals. She received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from SIUE also. After graduating from SIUE, she moved to Idaho State University for her doctorate degree in Clinical or Forensic psychology in order to pursue a career working within prisons.

Megan Bode is originally from Troy. She got her undergraduate degree from SIUE and received a Bachelor's of Art in Psychology in May 2010. Megan returned to SIUE in the fall of 2011 and started in the Clinical Child and School Psychology program. She was on the School Psychology track and has graduated.

Sarah graduated from SIUE's Industrial-Organizational Psychology program SIUE in 2012. Her thesis work focused on why decision makers choose women for difficult leadership positions, known by researchers as "the glass cliff." Her research interests also include influences on ethical decision-making, work-family conflict, gender roles, and counterproductive work behaviors that relate to workplace incivility. She recently received a doctorate in I/O psychology at Northern Illinois University to continue a career in research and academics. Jordan Blackhurst attended SIUE's I/O graduate program to obtain her Master’s degree and eventually her Ph.D elsewhere. Jordan is interested in issues involving gender bias in the workplace. Jordan is currently an intern at Psychological Associates and the Treasurer of SIUE’s Psychology Club. Outside of class Jordan enjoys reading and going to the gym. Jordan currently works for Associate Consultant at Colarelli, Meyer & Associates.
