Thesis Title: “The Women’s Leadership Gap: Social Constructionism and Essentialism and Backlash Targeting Women Leaders.”

Anna (Nicki) Connolly has completed her Honors thesis and was accepted to Elmhurst's I/O Masters Program.

Thesis Title: “Differences in Leadership Styles between Military and Non-Military Men and Women.”

Rosey Morr

Rosey Morr completed her Undergraduate Honors thesis under Dr. Nadler.  Her project was selected for a year long funding grant by URCA and her completed project was selected for the Robert J. McLaughlin award for outstanding honors thesis. Rosey completed her Master's at SIUE in 2015 and is currently working at SunEdison as an HRIS analyst. 

Thesis Title:  "Ageism and the Younger Worker: Explicit and Implicit Stereotypes" ​
